When your business grows and you need unlimited appointments, SMS reminders, and full client management, you can upgrade to Pro at R249 per month. If you have a team, Studio is R449 per month and includes five team members.
No. Your clients don't download anything. You share your personal Bookitly booking link — on WhatsApp, in your Instagram bio, or on Facebook — and they tap it, pick a service, choose a time, and confirm. It works on any phone and any browser. If they can order from Takealot they can book with Bookitly.

PayFast payments go straight into your own PayFast account, so Bookitly never holds your money, and a card payment confirms the booking automatically the moment it is paid. The slot is held until the payment arrives or the time runs out. Yoco payments are planned.

Connect your own PayFast merchant account in Bookitly (Payments, then Settings, then Card payments) and your clients can pay their deposit or the full amount by credit or debit card, Instant EFT or Capitec Pay when they book. The money goes straight into your PayFast account, Bookitly never holds it and takes no commission, and PayFast's standard transaction fees apply, which you pay, not your client.
